INGREDIENTS:
Apple - 3
Gee - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1 cup
Sugar
Dry fruits
Preparation:
- Peal the skin of the apple and grate it. It should be around 2 or 2 ½ cups.
- Use frying pan with thick bottom, cook the grated apple in low flame.
- Once the water in the apple started getting dried little, start adding the condensed milk slowly and keep stirring it.
- Then add the gee and keep stirring it till the apple stops sticking to the pan wall.
- Now switch off the flame, and transfer it to vessel and garnish it with dry fruits.
- Allow it to cool down and server it with ice-cream.
