Apple Halwa - Simple Sweet

Apple Halwa

INGREDIENTS:
Apple - 3
Gee - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1 cup
Sugar
Dry fruits


Preparation:

  1. Peal the skin of the apple and grate it. It should be around 2 or 2 ½ cups.
  2. Use frying pan with thick bottom, cook the grated apple in low flame.
  3. Once the water in the apple started getting dried little, start adding the condensed milk slowly and keep stirring it.
  4. Then add the gee and keep stirring it till the apple stops sticking to the pan wall.
  5. Now switch off the flame, and transfer it to vessel and garnish it with dry fruits.
  6. Allow it to cool down and server it with ice-cream.
