Simple Egg Burji | Mutta Thoran| Anda Bhurji




















INGREDIENTS:

Eggs - 3
Onion - 1 medium size
Green Chilli - 3
Garam Masala - 1 1/3 tsp
Coriander leaf/ Curry leaf - optional
Salt for taste

Cooking oil

PREPARATIONS 

  1. Slice the onion and green chilli into very small pieces.
  2. Heat 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Fry the finely sliced onion in the oil till it gets cooked or turns  light pinkish in color.
  4. Now add garam masala and salt (depending on your taste). Sort it well so that the garam masala and the salt get mixed well in the onion.
  5. Then add the sliced green chilli, and sort for 1 min.
  6. Pour 2 to 3 tbsp of oil into the pan.
  7. Then add the eggs and sort in till it the egg gets separates into small pieces.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaf or curry leaf depending on once's taste.
