INGREDIENTS:
Eggs - 3
Onion -
1 medium size
Green
Chilli - 3
Garam Masala - 1 1/3 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 1/3 tsp
Coriander leaf/
Curry leaf - optional
Salt
for taste

PREPARATIONS
- Slice the onion and green chilli into very small pieces.
- Heat 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
- Fry the finely sliced onion in the oil till it gets cooked or turns light pinkish in color.
- Now add garam masala and salt (depending on your taste). Sort it well so that the garam masala and the salt get mixed well in the onion.
- Then add the sliced green chilli, and sort for 1 min.
- Pour 2 to 3 tbsp of oil into the pan.
- Then add the eggs and sort in till it the egg gets separates into small pieces.
- Garnish with coriander leaf or curry leaf depending on once's taste.
