Bread Toast with Condensed Milk



















INGREDIENTS:
Bread - 4 nos
Milk - 1 Cup
Corn flour - 1 tsp (option)
Condensed Milk - ½ Cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Dry Fruits option
Cooking oil

Preparation:
  1. Cut the brown sides of the bread and cut it into four pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan fry the bread pieces until the pieces are golden brown.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar in water enough to immerse the sugar.
  4. Soak the fried bread in the sugar syrup for 2 to 3 mins, and then move it to a separate plate.
  5. Mix the corn flour in little water without any lump and keep it aside.
  6. Boil the milk in a blow, once the milk starts boiling add the corn flour mixed in water and stir it till the milk little becomes thick.
  7. Simmer the flame and add the condensed milk and then sugar depending on your taste.
  8. Pour the milk over the sugar coated bread, garnish it with dry fruits.
