INGREDIENTS:
Bread - 4 nos
Milk - 1 Cup
Corn flour - 1 tsp (option)
Condensed Milk - ½ Cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Dry Fruits option
Cooking oil
Preparation:
- Cut the brown sides of the bread and cut it into four pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan fry the bread pieces until the pieces are golden brown.
- Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar in water enough to immerse the sugar.
- Soak the fried bread in the sugar syrup for 2 to 3 mins, and then move it to a separate plate.
- Mix the corn flour in little water without any lump and keep it aside.
- Boil the milk in a blow, once the milk starts boiling add the corn flour mixed in water and stir it till the milk little becomes thick.
- Simmer the flame and add the condensed milk and then sugar depending on your taste.
- Pour the milk over the sugar coated bread, garnish it with dry fruits.
