INGREDIENTS:
Parotta - 4 nos cut into small pieces
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
Eggs - 3 nos
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 1 medium
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tbsp
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 nos
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 nos
Salt
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Heat oil, then add ginger and garlic paste sort it till the raw smell goes.
- Add chopped onion and sort it till the onion turn light brown.
- Into it add the chopped tomato, sort it till the tomato get cooked and the water get dried.
- Add garam masala and red chilli powder into it and sort it till the raw smell of the powder goes.
- After that add the egg and sort until the egg get half cooked.
- Now add the finely cut parotta and mix it well with the egg.
- Lower the flame and close the pan and cook it for few seconds.
- Finally garnish with curry leafs.
