Kothu Parotta



















INGREDIENTS:
Parotta - 4 nos cut into small pieces
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
Eggs - 3 nos
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 1 medium
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tbsp
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 nos
Salt
Cooking Oil


Preparation:

  1. Heat oil, then add ginger and garlic paste sort it till the raw smell goes.
  2. Add chopped onion and sort it till the onion turn light brown.
  3. Into it add the chopped tomato, sort it till the tomato get cooked and the water get dried.
  4. Add garam masala and red chilli powder into it and sort it till the raw smell of the powder goes.
  5. After that add the egg and sort until the egg get half cooked.
  6. Now add the finely cut parotta and mix it well with the egg.
  7. Lower the flame and close the pan and cook it for few seconds.
  8. Finally garnish with curry leafs.
