Manga Thayiru Curry | Mango Curd Curry | Manga Moru Curry










INGREDIENTS:
Curd - 2 cups
Ripe mango - 1
Ginger small piece
Red chili - 2
Green Chili - 2 to 3
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 no
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil




Preparation:
  1. Steam cook the mango and remove the pulp.
  2. Beat the curd slowly with a spoon to break the lumps.
  3. The add the mango pulp into the curd and mix it well. After that add turmeric powder and enough salt and mix it nicely.
  4. Heat ½ tbsp of oil in a pan, put the mustard allow into splatter.
  5. Then put the ginger, red chili, green chili and curry leafs.
  6. Sort in for 2min and turn off the flame.
  7. Put the seasoning into the curd.
