INGREDIENTS:
Mushroom(Kumil/Kaalan/ Khumba) - 250 gm
1 medium size Onion Finely sliced
1 medium size Tomato finely sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coconut milk - 1 cup or Ordinary Milk - 1 cup
Salt
Cooking Oil
PREPARATIONS
- Clean the mushroom nicely and cut each much into two pieces.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, put the finely sliced onion in oil.
- Fry the onion, on a low flame, till it gets cooked soft .
- Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil and fry it for 5 mins or till the raw smell of the masala goes.
- Then add the sliced tomato and sort it for 2 mins. Close the pan lid and allow it to cook this the tomato get blended nicely with the masala and onion.
- Now put the sliced mushroom and close the lid and cook it.
- Keep the flame low, once the mushroom gets cooked add milk and cook for 2 mins. Then turn off the flame.
