Very tasty side dish for hot white rice or curd rice.
INGREDIENTS:
Brinjal/ Eggplant - 5 to 6 medium size
INGREDIENTS:
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Sambar powder - 1 tbsp
Salt for taste
Cooking oil
PREPARATIONS
- Cut the brinjal into thin slices.
- Take a big bowl put the brinjal, chilly powder, sambar powder and salt.
- Add little water into it and mix it well so that the masala get coated on the brijal well.
- Take a non-stick pan pour 3 to 4 tbsp of oil and shallow fry the brijal.
