Wheat flour - ½ cup
Rice flour - ¼ cup
onion - 1 small
Green chilli - 2 nos
curry leaf - 5 to 6 nos
Jeera - 2 tsp
water or butter milk
salt
Preparation:
- Finely chop the onion, green chilli and curry leaf.
- Mix the wheat flour, rice flour, chopped onion, chilli and curry leaf in a big bowl.
- Then gradually add water into the mix and make a thin batter, little thinner than dosa batter.
- Heat the dosa pan, pour the batter thin not over and over.
- Pour little oil around the dosa and cook in medium flame.
- Flip it after the one side is cooked, make sure both the sides are cooked.
