Wheat Dosa | Gothamp Dosa | Gehum Dosa

 INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour - ½ cup
Rice flour - ¼ cup
onion - 1 small
Green chilli - 2 nos
curry leaf - 5 to 6 nos
Jeera - 2 tsp
water or butter milk
salt


Preparation:
  1. Finely chop the onion, green chilli and curry leaf.
  2. Mix the wheat flour, rice flour, chopped onion, chilli and curry leaf in a big bowl.
  3. Then gradually add water into the mix and make a thin batter, little thinner than dosa batter.
  4. Heat the dosa pan, pour the batter thin not over and over.
  5. Pour little oil around the dosa and cook in medium flame.
  6. Flip it after the one side is cooked, make sure both the sides are cooked.
