INGREDIENTS:
Chapati - 4 nos
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
Eggs - 3 nos
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 1 medium
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tbsp
Salt
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Cut the chapati into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, heat the ginger and garlic paste till the raw smell goes.
- Then add finely chopped onion and sort it till the onion turn light brown.
- Into it add the chopped tomato and sort it till the tomato get cooked well.
- After that add garam masala and red chilli powder into it and sort it till the raw smell of the powder goes.
- After that add the egg and sort until the egg become dry.
- Now add the finely cut chapati and mix it well with the egg.
- Lower the flame and close the pan and cook it for few seconds.
- Don’t allow it burn.
