 Simple and quick Kottu Chapati

INGREDIENTS:
Chapati - 4 nos
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
Eggs - 3 nos
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 1 medium
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tbsp
Salt
Cooking Oil


Preparation:

  1. Cut the chapati into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, heat the ginger and garlic paste till the raw smell goes.
  3. Then add finely chopped onion and sort it till the onion turn light brown.
  4. Into it add the chopped tomato and sort it till the tomato get cooked well.
  5. After that add garam masala and red chilli powder into it and sort it till the raw smell of the powder goes.
  6. After that add the egg and sort until the egg become dry.
  7. Now add the finely cut chapati and mix it well with the egg.
  8. Lower the flame and close the pan and cook it for few seconds.
  9. Don’t allow it burn.
