Mushroom Pepper Fry| Kumil Kurumulak Fry

INGREDIENTS:
Mushroom - 500 gms
Onions - 1 nos
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder -  2 to 3 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Green Chili - 3 to 4 nos
Salt
Cooking Oil


Preparation:
  1. Finely slice the mushroom and cut the onion into small pieces.
  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry the ginger garlic paste in the oil till the raw smell goes.
  2. Then add the finely cut onion into it, and fry till the onion gets cooked transparent.
  3. Once the onion gets cooked, add the garam masala, green chili and pepper powder into it. Cook it flow flame for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. Then add the sliced mushroom, cook it in low flame till the water content in the mushroom get dried.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of oil, one the mushroom get dried and mix it well.
  6. Switch of the flame once the mushroom gets cooked. Then garnish it with curry leaf.
