INGREDIENTS:
Mushroom - 500 gms
Onions - 1 nos
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Green Chili - 3 to 4 nos
Salt
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Finely slice the mushroom and cut the onion into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the ginger garlic paste in the oil till the raw smell goes.
- Then add the finely cut onion into it, and fry till the onion gets cooked transparent.
- Once the onion gets cooked, add the garam masala, green chili and pepper powder into it. Cook it flow flame for 2 to 3 mins.
- Then add the sliced mushroom, cook it in low flame till the water content in the mushroom get dried.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil, one the mushroom get dried and mix it well.
- Switch of the flame once the mushroom gets cooked. Then garnish it with curry leaf.
