INGREDIENTS:
prawns - 500 gm
Onion - 1 (large)
Tomato - 1 (large)
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Green Chili - 4 to 5
Curry leaf
Salt
Cooking oil
PREPARATIONS for Spicy Chicken Curry
- Clean the prawns nicely and keep it aside.
- Finely cut the onion and tomato, and cut the green chilies into two pieces vertically
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil add the chopped onion and sort it till onion become transparent and soft.
- Once the onion gets cooked, add chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Sort it till the raw smell goes off.
- Then add the tomatoes and cook it till the water from tomatoes get dried.
- Now add the prawns, green chillies, enough salt and water. Give a nice mix, close the lid and allow the prawns to get cooked in low flame. Make sure to keep giving a stirring in between.
- Turn off the flame once the prawns get cooked, and garnish it with curry leaf.
