INGREDIENTS:
Curd - 2 cups
Pineapple - 2 big slices
Pineapple - 2 big slices
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger small piece
Red chili - 2
Green Chili - 2 to 3
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 no
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
- Crush the green chili and ginger together and keep it aside.
- Cook the pineapple, with turmeric and salt, till it become very soft and juicy.
- Beat the curd slowly with a spoon to break the lumps.
- Once the pineapple get cooked add the curd into the cooked pineapple and mix it well on low flame.
- Heat ½ tbsp of oil in a pan, put the mustard allow into splatter.
- Then put the crushed ginger and green chili paste and sort is for few seconds. Then add curry leafs.
- Put the seasoning into the pineapple and curd mix.
- Serve it with hot rice and mango pickle.
