Kayitha Chakka/ Puruthi Chakka Thairu Curry | Annachi Pazham Thairu Curry | Pineapple Curd Curry

INGREDIENTS:
Curd - 2 cups
Pineapple - 2 big slices
Ginger small piece
Red chili - 2
Green Chili - 2 to 3
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 no
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil




Preparation:
  1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Crush the green chili and ginger together and keep it aside.
  3. Cook the pineapple, with turmeric and salt, till it become very soft and juicy.
  4. Beat the curd slowly with a spoon to break the lumps.
  5. Once the pineapple get cooked add the curd into the cooked pineapple and mix it well on low flame.
  6. Heat ½ tbsp of oil in a pan, put the mustard allow into splatter.
  7. Then put the crushed ginger and green chili paste and sort is for few seconds. Then add curry leafs.
  8. Put the seasoning into the pineapple and curd mix.
  9. Serve it with hot rice and mango pickle.
