Quick Bread Omelette | Bread Mutta Omelette


















INGREDIENTS:
Four Slice of Bread
Egg - 1
Milk - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil
Salt


Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg well with milk and salt.
  2. Heat a flat pan or thava, dip the bread slice one by one in the egg and put it in the pan.
  3. Pour little oil and cook both the side till each side become light brown. Make sure the flame is slow.
  4. If you want you can replace salt with sugar also, it depends on each one taste.
