INGREDIENTS:
Four Slice of Bread
Egg - 1
Milk - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil
Salt
Preparation:
- Beat the egg well with milk and salt.
- Heat a flat pan or thava, dip the bread slice one by one in the egg and put it in the pan.
- Pour little oil and cook both the side till each side become light brown. Make sure the flame is slow.
- If you want you can replace salt with sugar also, it depends on each one taste.
