Kerala Style - Thayiru Curry | Curd Curry | Moru Curry


















INGREDIENTS:
Curd - 2 cups
Ginger small piece
Red chili - 2
Green Chili - 2 to 3
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 no
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil




Preparation:
  1. Beat the curd slowly with a spoon to break the lumps.
  2. Add the turmeric powder and enough salt into the the curd and mix it nicely.
  3. Heat ½ tbsp of oil in a pan, put the mustard allow into splatter.
  4. Then put the ginger, red chili, green chili and curry leafs.
  5. Sort in for 2min and turn off the flame.
  6. Put the seasoning into the curd.
