INGREDIENTS:
Curd - 2 cups
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger small piece
Red chili - 2
Green Chili - 2 to 3
Curry leaf - 5 to 6 no
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Beat the curd slowly with a spoon to break the lumps.
- Add the turmeric powder and enough salt into the the curd and mix it nicely.
- Heat ½ tbsp of oil in a pan, put the mustard allow into splatter.
- Then put the ginger, red chili, green chili and curry leafs.
- Sort in for 2min and turn off the flame.
- Put the seasoning into the curd.
