INGREDIENTS:
2 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
Finally chopped and boiled (carrots, green beans, and green peas)
Onion - 1 (small)
Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Maida or all purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Salt
Cooking oil
PREPARATIONS
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste and onion into the oil. Sort it till the onion become transparent and cooked.
- Then add chilli powder and garam masala, sort it till the raw smell goes off.
- Finally add the boiled vegetable and and sort for 5 to 6 min. Once the masala gets mixed well with the vegetable and the vegetable gets shrieked switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Mean time make a thin batter of the maida flour.
- Once vegetable gets cool down, mix it with the mashed potatoes add salt based on your taste.
- Make small balls from the mix and shape into flat round patties.
- Dip each patty in the flour batter, and roll the patty in breadcrumbs and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a thick bottom non-stick pan on medium high heat and deep fry the patty, it both the side become golden brown in color.
- Serve it tomato ketchup.
