Egg Curry | Mutta Curry - Kerala Style






















INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Eggs - 2
1 Large Onion  Finely sliced
1 medium size Tomato finely sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Coconut milk - 1 cup or Ordinary Milk - 1 cup
Salt
Cooking Oil

PREPARATIONS

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, put the finely sliced onion in oil.
  2. Fry the onion, on a low flame, till it gets cooked soft .
  3. Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of oil and fry it for 5 mins or till the raw smell of the masala goes.
  5. Then add the sliced tomato and sort it for 2 mins. Close the pan lid and allow it to cook this the tomato get blended nicely with the masala and onion.
  6. Now put the boiled eggs and sort it for 5 mins.
  7. Keep the flame low, then add the milk and cook for 2 mins.
  8. Garnish with curry leaf and serve hot with rice.
