INGREDIENTS:
Four Slice of Bread
Cooking Oil
Stuffing Ingredients:
Egg - 2
Onion - 1 large
Green Chili - 2 (optional)
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp (grated)
Chili powder - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cooking oil
Salt
Preparation for stuffing:
- First make the scrambled egg and keep it aside.
- Take another non-stick pan heat 1 tbsp of oil, once the oil gets heated add the ginger garlic paste and onion. Sort it till the onion turns golden brown in color.
- Then add chili powder and garam masala, and sort till the raw smell goes off.
- Into it add the scrambled egg and 1 tsp of oil if necessary, sort it till the egg get mixed well with the masala.
- Once done switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
How to make Bhaji
- Take two bread slice.
- Wet your fingers with water and apply the water on the edges of the bread.
- Keep the scrambled egg stuffing in the middle of the bread and layer it with the other slice. (As you see in the image)
- Press the edges of the bread so that it stick to each other. (As we have applied water on the edges it will stick)
- Pour two tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the stuffed bread till it becomes golden brown.
- Serve it hot with a cut of hot tea.
