Ingredients:
Two Thigh Pieces
Chili powder - ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tbsp
Half Lemon
Cooking oil
Salt
Preparation for stuffing:
- Make a mix of chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and enough salt. Marinate the chicken with mix and store it in refrigerate for 18 to 24 hours.
- Bake it for around 45 mins in a pre-heated oven.
If you can put plead potato, garlic and onion along with the chicken while backing it would be good. It’s optional.
