Chicken Kabab | Kozhi Kabab

















Ingredients:
Two Thigh Pieces
Chili powder - ½ tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tbsp
Half Lemon
Cooking oil
Salt

Preparation for stuffing:

  1. Make a mix of chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and enough salt. Marinate the chicken with mix and store it in refrigerate for 18 to 24 hours.
  2. Bake it for around 45 mins in a pre-heated oven.

If you can put plead potato, garlic and onion along with the chicken while backing it would be good. It’s optional.
