Egg Omelette | Mutta Omelette























INGREDIENTS:
Egg - 2 nos
Onion - 1 small
Tomato - 1 small
Black Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Cooking oil
Salt




PREPARATIONS


  1. Slice the tomato and onion into very small pieces.
  2. Take a non-stick pan heat 1 tbs oil.
  3. Once oil gets heated put the onion first and sort till the onion become transparent.
  4. Now add the sliced tomato and a pinch of salt, and sort it for 4 to 5 mins.
  5. Beat the eggs with salt (based on your taste) and ¼ tsp of oil. Then add the cooked tomato and onion, and mix is nicely.
  6. Heat a nonstick pan, apply little oil in the pan and pour the mix into the pan. Keep the flame low.
  7. Once the omelette start cooking pour little oil around the edges.
  8. You can either close the pan lid and cook it, or turn the omelette when one side is cooked. If you close the pan and cook, then you don’t have to turn the omelette to cook the other side.
