INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 1/2 Kg
Onions - 3 nos
Tomato - 2 nos
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chili powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil

Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
half Lemon
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Preparation:
- Marinate the chicken for 1 or ½ an hour with salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and finely slice the onion.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the ginger garlic paste in the oil till the raw smell goes.
- Then add the finely sliced onion into it, and fry till the onion gets cooked transparent.
- Once the onion gets cooked, add the chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder into it.
- Fry it in flow flame till for 4 to 5 mins, then add the cut tomatoes into it and keep sorting it till the tomatoes get cooked well.
- Then add the chicken and salt for taste. Close the pan lid and allow it to cook. Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking to the pan.
- Once the water in the gravy get reduce and turns brown color, switch of the flame and garnish with curry leaf.
