Potato and Garlic Fry | Uralakizhangu Velluthulli Varuval

INGREDIENTS:


Potato - 3 nos
skinless Garlic - 8 nos
chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Cooking oil



PREPARATIONS

  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan, add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Sort it till the raw smell goes off.
  3. Then add garlic and potatoes into the masala and keep sorting for 5 mins.
  4. Pour 2 tbsp of water and close the pan lid.
  5. Allow it to cook but keep sorting in between.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, add 2 tbsp of oil and keep sorting till it turns brown in color.
