INGREDIENTS:
Potato - 3 nos
skinless Garlic - 8 nos
chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Cooking oil
PREPARATIONS
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan, add chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Sort it till the raw smell goes off.
- Then add garlic and potatoes into the masala and keep sorting for 5 mins.
- Pour 2 tbsp of water and close the pan lid.
- Allow it to cook but keep sorting in between.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, add 2 tbsp of oil and keep sorting till it turns brown in color.
