Radish Fry | Mooli Fry | Mullangi Fry

INGREDIENTS:



Radish  - 2 medium size
Onions - 1
Garlic -  2 cloves
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Black gram - ¼ tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil



Preparation:
  1. Finely slice the radish, onion and garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, put mustard seeds allow it to splatter.
  3. Add the garlic cumin seeds and black gram, and fry it for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. Put the finely sliced onion and fry till the onion gets cooked transparent.
  5. Then add chili powder and turmeric powder, and sort it the raw smell goes.
  6. Into it add the sliced radish, salt for taste and two tbsp of oil.
  7. Close the pan lid and allow the radish to cook in flow flame. Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking to the pan.
  8. Once the radish become transparent, garnish it with curry leaves and serve it with hot rice.
