INGREDIENTS:
Radish - 2 medium size
Onions - 1
Garlic - 2 cloves
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Black gram - ¼ tsp
Salt
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Finely slice the radish, onion and garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan, put mustard seeds allow it to splatter.
- Add the garlic cumin seeds and black gram, and fry it for 2 to 3 mins.
- Put the finely sliced onion and fry till the onion gets cooked transparent.
- Then add chili powder and turmeric powder, and sort it the raw smell goes.
- Into it add the sliced radish, salt for taste and two tbsp of oil.
- Close the pan lid and allow the radish to cook in flow flame. Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking to the pan.
- Once the radish become transparent, garnish it with curry leaves and serve it with hot rice.
