INGREDIENTS:
Mango - 1 cup
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Salt for taste
Cooking oil
Preparation
- Cut the mango into small pieces.
- Add salt and chili powder into the mango, and mix it well.
- Dry roast fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds, and powder it coarsely.
- Mix the powder with the mango, and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in an non-stick pan, put the mustard allow it to splatter.
- Then add the curry leaf and switch of the flame.
- Mix the seasoning with the mango.
