Indian Style Macaroni













INGREDIENTS:

Macaroni - 1 cup
Carrot - ¼ cup
Beans - ¼ Cup
Garam Masala powder - 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cheese Sauce - 2 tsp (optional)
Salt for taste
Cooking oil


Preparation  
  1. Take a vessel boil three cups of water, once the water starts boiling put the macaroni and close the lid.
  2. Allow the macaroni to cook well.
  3. Drain the water once the macaroni gets cooked.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick vessel and fry the vegetables.
  5. Then add garam masala powder, chili powder and coriander powder, and fry till the raw smell goes.
  6. Into it add the cooked macaroni and salt, and stir it well.
  7. Then add the cheese sauce.
  8. Garnish with coriander leafs and serve it hot.
