INGREDIENTS:
Macaroni - 1 cup
Carrot - ¼ cup
Beans - ¼ Cup
Garam Masala powder - 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cheese Sauce - 2 tsp (optional)
Salt for taste
Cooking oil
Preparation
- Take a vessel boil three cups of water, once the water starts boiling put the macaroni and close the lid.
- Allow the macaroni to cook well.
- Drain the water once the macaroni gets cooked.
- Heat oil in a non-stick vessel and fry the vegetables.
- Then add garam masala powder, chili powder and coriander powder, and fry till the raw smell goes.
- Into it add the cooked macaroni and salt, and stir it well.
- Then add the cheese sauce.
- Garnish with coriander leafs and serve it hot.
