Egg Roast | Mutta Roast | Anda Roast


INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Eggs - 2
1 Large Onion  Finely sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Salt
Cooking Oil


PREPARATIONS
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, put the finely sliced onion in oil.
  2. Fry the onion, on a low flame, till it gets cooked soft .
  3. Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of oil and fry it for 5 mins or till the raw smell of the masala goes.
  5. Now put the boiled eggs.
  6. Fry till the masala gets rolled over the egg and it changes its color to light brown.
