INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Eggs - 2
1 Large Onion Finely sliced
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Curry leaf - 4 nos
Salt
Cooking Oil
PREPARATIONS
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, put the finely sliced onion in oil.
- Fry the onion, on a low flame, till it gets cooked soft .
- Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil and fry it for 5 mins or till the raw smell of the masala goes.
- Now put the boiled eggs.
- Fry till the masala gets rolled over the egg and it changes its color to light brown.
