INGREDIENTS
Boiled Eggs - 2
Salt
Cooking Oil for deep fry


INGREDIENTS For Batter:
Gram Flour/ Besan/ Kadala Mavu - 1/2 cup
Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Basking powder - ¼ tsp (optional)
Salt for tast



PREPARATIONS

  1. Make a thick batter of gram Flour, chilli powder, backing powder and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  3. Dip the boiled eggs in the batter and deep fry till it become golden brown.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped onion and pinch of chilli powder.
