Cauliflower Beans Curry


















INGREDIENTS:

Cauliflower - 1/4 
Green Beans - 5 to 6
Potato - 1
Green Chilly - 4 to 5
Onion - 1 medium size
Curry leaf - 5 to 6
Mustard - 1 tsp
Coconut Milk - 1 cup 
(If not use the ordinary milk
Salt for taste
Cooking oil




PREPARATIONS 

  1. Cut the all the vegetables into medium pieces, and finely slice the onion.  
  2. Take a non-stick pan heat 1 tbs oil.
  3. Put mustard and allow it to splatter. 
  4. Put the finely sliced onion and sort it until it's cooked soft.
  5. Then put the turmeric power,salt (based on the taste) and cut vegetables, and sort it for 2 to 3 mins.
  6. Pour sufficient water for cooking and close the pad with a lid, and allow the vegetables to cook well in low flame.
  7. Keep giving a stir in between.
  8. Once the vegetables are cook, check if the salt is sufficient. If not please add salt depending on your taste.
  9. Then add the coconut milk (or the normal milk) allow it cook for 4 to 5 mins in low flame. Keep string so that the milk and the vegetables get mixed well. But mix is slowly so that the vegetable don't get smashed.
  10. Finally garnish it with curry leaf.
