Easy Cabbage | Muttakos | Bandh Gobi Fry




















INGREDIENTS:


1/4 Cabbage/Muttakos/Bandh Gobi
Mustard - 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Cooking oil



PREPARATIONS


  1. Slice the cabbage into very small pieces and wash it.
  2. Take a non-stick pan heat 1 tbs oil.
  3. Once oil gets heated put the mustard and wait for it to splatter.
  4. Then put the cabbage and add turmeric and salt.
  5. Mix it nicely, so that the turmeric and salt get mixed to the cabbage well.
  6. Then close the pad lid and cook it in low flame for about 5 to 7 mins.
  7. Keep stirring it in between.
  8. Once the water in cabbage get dried  and the cabbage gets soften.
  9. Pour 1/2 tbsp of oil and keep sorting for 1 min.
  10. If required garnish with curry leafs.
