INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cabbage/Muttakos/Bandh Gobi
Mustard - 1 tsp
Turmeric power - 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Cooking oil
PREPARATIONS
- Slice the cabbage into very small pieces and wash it.
- Take a non-stick pan heat 1 tbs oil.
- Once oil gets heated put the mustard and wait for it to splatter.
- Then put the cabbage and add turmeric and salt.
- Mix it nicely, so that the turmeric and salt get mixed to the cabbage well.
- Then close the pad lid and cook it in low flame for about 5 to 7 mins.
- Keep stirring it in between.
- Once the water in cabbage get dried and the cabbage gets soften.
- Pour 1/2 tbsp of oil and keep sorting for 1 min.
- If required garnish with curry leafs.
