INGREDIENTS:
Raw banana - 2 nos
Fenugreek seeds - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Sambar powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 4 to 5 Tbsp
water - 1/2 cup
Salt for taste
PREPARATIONS
- Remove the skin of the raw banana and cut it into small pieces.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the fenugreek seed.
- Put the pieces of raw banana and saute it for 2mins.
- Add the turmeric powder and water. Close the pan with a lid and allow the banana to cook in low flame.
- Then put the sambar powder and saute it till the water gets dried.
- Add the remaining oil and saute it till the cooked banana get blended with the masala.
